- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for a firm fixed-price supply contract for a Variety of Well Casing for the Bureau of Reclamation, Alamosa Field Division in Alamosa, Colorado. Please see RFQ for details. Items shall be delivered to a location 5 miles from Hooper, Colorado 81136 known as Check 4.Items need to be received no later than April 15, 2010.Deliveries will not be accepted on Fridays.Delivers accepted only during the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Thursday.Please contact the Alamosa Field Division 72 hours before delivery. Contract is a Simplified Acquisition over $25,000.This is a request for written quotes. Quotes can be e-mailed to sdarnall@usbr.gov, faxed to (719) 589-5379 or mailed to Bureau of Reclamation 10900 Hwy 160 E, Alamosa, CO 81101 Attention Shannon Darnall.Anticipated date for announcement of award is March 15, 2010 This is a Total Small Business Set Aside All responsible sources may submit a quote and shall be considered by the agency.
