The Government intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract from this solicitation for the Defense Language Institute (DLI) located Presidio of Monterey, California. The IDIQ contract will have no pre-established fixed contract prices, with a contract base period of 15 December 2009 through 30 September 2010 plus one (1), one-year option period. 2. Projects will be executed through the issuance of future task orders under the terms of this contract. Task orders will vary in size ranging from $2,000.00 to approximately $200,000.00 3. The Scope of Work under this Services IDIQ contract will be for the successful offeror (Contractor) to provide language experts to conduct reviews of Defense Language Proficiency Tests 5 (DLPT5) test items for up to thirty (30) languages. 3. The magnitude of this contract, including the option period, is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Projects will be executed through the issuance of future task orders under the terms of this contract. Task orders will vary in size ranging from $2,000 to approximately $200,000. 4. Prior to a contractor receiving an award as a result of this solicitation, you must be registered and have an active, valid registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). To obtain information on CCR and/or to register with CCR, visit their web site at http://www.ccr.gov. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DOD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. It is the Offerors responsibility that all offers submitted, regardless of method of submission, are received in this office prior to the time and date for receipt of the offer. 6.
