- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): T.McDonald Construction, W912BV-10-D-1009, Initial Task Order under Red River Area MATOC This modification will cover additional work identical to work that is in the current task order. This work was initiall unforeseen when the Statement of Work was developed. Work includes providing additional suitable fill material to raise areas between campsites to match the elevation of the fill material required for the original work. Work also includes installing additional Versa-block retaining walls.
