- RECOVERY-Butterfield Asphalt Repair-LDDFR0760000. This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to furnish labor, equipment, supplies, materials, and transportation needed to seal cracks and to place an asphalt chip seal on approximately 0.4 tenths of a mile of paved road, including shoulders and ditches, and approximately 555 square yards of parking area at the Butterfield Wild Horse and Burro Facility located in Salt Lake County, Utah. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237310, with a size standard of $33.5M. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance time is 30 calendar days, estimated to begin immediately following contract award. This procurement shall be set aside for Total Small Business. Competition limited to eligible Small Business concerns. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, Payment Protection is required for contracts greater than $30,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.fedconnect.net on or about March 11, 2010. To obtain the solicitation and/or amendments/updates for this project, contractors shall register and download from FedConnect (https://www.fedconnect.net). This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract.
