- Description
- Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Irwin, CA is soliciting proposals from Competitive 8(a)construction firms having the capability to perform the work described below. This solicitation will be issued as a 100% 8(a)Competitive Set-Aside for businesses under NAICS Code 236220, (Size Standard $33.5). The magnitude of the project is estimated between $100,000.00 and $300,000.00 Solicitation package will be available on or about 3 March 2010. This project is for Renovation of the Family Support Facility to include but is not limited to roof, exterior siding, exterior windows/doors, interior walls, ceilings and flooring. Work to also include Design/Build of Fire Alarm Control System (FACS). Optional clin item will include Replace HVAC System. Location of the project will be Bldg. 1313, Fort Irwin, CA Site visit is currently scheduled for 10 March 2010 at 1:00 p.m. (PST)
