- Offerors are hereby invited to review and respond to this Request for Offer - SIR. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) contemplates award of an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity type contract to purchase office supplies for its headquarters and regional offices as well as its field facilities. This award will be made in accordance with the FAA's Acquisition Management System (AMS). The period of performance of the contract will be five (5) years should all option be exercised. The Base period will be twelve (12) months, and is followed by four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. The total estimated potential value of contact is $86.4 million. Questions regarding the solicitation and/or Statement of Work must be provided electronically to the Contracting Officer Sharonda Holmes at (Sharonda.Holmes@faa.gov) with a courtesy copy to the Contract Specialist Tye White at (Tye.White@faa.gov) by 5pm Eastern Daylight Time on March 4, 2010.
