- NOTE TO CONTRACTORS ATTENDING THE PRE-BID SITE VISIT: If you were intending on participating in the pre-bid site visit, please note that the pre-bid site visit must be reschedule at this time due to questions received in this office pertaining to the scale of the architectural plans and the engineering drawings, which may not allow prints to be made. Until the Government has completed its review of this issue, the pre-bid site visit and date for receipt of bids is being rescheduled for a later date and time. The new pre-bid site visit and date for receipt of bids will be published at FedBizOpps web site.
