Description

This purpose of this modification is to post an updated version of the attachment Guidelines for Contractors and A/E Firms Performing Site Investigations and Fieldwork (including construction) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, Gaithersburg, MD Campus (dated February 23, 2010). This attachment replaces the J 2 attachment in the solicitation dated December 16, 2008. Note the Change in paragraph 15 of this attachment in regards to painting. This modification does not change the due date for the proposals. All proposals are due by noon Eastern Standard Time on March 5, 2010. The attached file contains the questions received since February 18, 2010.
