- Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to perform grounds maintenance/landscaping services and snow/ice removal services located at the Lexington, Kentucky VA Medical Center, the Leestown Division, 2250 Leestown Road, Lexington, Kentucky and the Cooper Division, 1101 Veterans Drive, Lexington, Kentucky from the Date of Award through September 30, 2010 with four (4) optional renewal periods of one (1) year each at the Government's discretion. The solicitation is set aside 100% for small business. The NAICS Code is 561730. Size Standard is $7 million. The solicitation package will be available on or about February 23, 2010. Offer due date and time for proposal is included in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered with CCR (Central Contractor Registration). All questions must be addressed to the Contracting Officer in writing.
