- Liquid Scintillation Counters (LSC) are devices utilized to detect and register low energy beta radiation. LSCs analyze samples and determine if there is any internal dose or loose contamination from low-energy radioisotopes. The formal solicitation will be released on NECO in March 2010. All required information will be provided at the time of the solicitation issuance.
