- Statement of Work for Laundry/Dry Cleaning Services at Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, MA. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for F5N3S40032A001. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. This is a small business set-aside; the associated NAICS code 812332 with a size standard of $4.5 million. The description is as follows: (CLIN 0001-AA) Estimated 107,000 pounds "dry" weight. Provide all plant facilities, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and any other items and services necessary to perform Laundry/Dry Cleaning Services for Westover Air Reserve Base, as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and in accordance with contract requirements from April 1, 2010, through September 30, 2010. FOB Destination to Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, MA 01022.
