- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District, is seeking expressions of interest from firms who are interested in proposing on an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for general construction, building renovations, repair/replacement of major building systems such as electrical, mechanical, civil, maintenance & repair of facilities, some landscaping, general environmental work, asbestos, and concrete/asphalt roads and pavements work located at Baden Wuerttemberg and vicinity, Germany The contract will include a base period and include two (2) option periods; periods are 365 days each. The estimated contract value is $10,000,000 per year with a total contract capacity not-to-exceed $30,000,000 for all periods and not-to-exceed $25,000,000 in any period. The solicitation will be issued free of charge by downloading from a designated web-site. The web-site address will be provided to interested offerors at a later date.
