- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER: Contractor Foth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC, Contract Number W912EK-09-D-0008 THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, has awarded a firm fixed price task order for a Flood Risk Management Feasibility Study, Phase I Enviromental Site Assessment, for the Cedar River, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The activity consists of performing a Phase I Environmetal Site Assessment (ESA) to assess the potential for Hazardous, Toxic, and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) and other recognized environmental conditions existing on potential project lands associated with the Cedar River, Cedar Rapids, Iowa Flood Risk Management Feasibility Study area. The modification will add 39 properties to be looked at for HTRW issues for the Cedar Rapids Feasibility Study.
