- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source as this contract is for utilities, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. (FAR 6.302-1). See posted J&A for further information. RECOVERY--#626 Install Left Turn Lanes & Repave Lee Blvd;Project Number 35310; TAS::21 2022::TAS THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The Government awarded a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order under (Requisition Number W26R1JSTE35310A)to Cox Communications Hampton Roads, LLC, 225 Clearfield Ave., Virginia Beach,VA.,23462-1815. This was a one time sole source requirement to relocate underground cable work at Lee Blvd, Fort Eustis, Va., due to unforeseen conditions on a paving Stimulus project. The architecture of the cable lines is unique to Cox Cable. Cox is the owner of the equipment that needs to be relocated and the only vendor that can move the existing equipment.
