- THIS CONTRACTING ACTION IS BEING OFFERED UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA). The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement for a Waste Management Audit at the National Conservation Training Center in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. Period of Performance is March 1, 2010 through March 12, 2010. Award will be a firm-fixed price. RFQ 97310RQ001 will be available on February 23, 2010 and may be accessed at http://ideasec.nbc.gov.
