- Strategic Systems Programs intends to enter into negotiations on a sole source basis with Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company (LMSSC), P.O. Box 3504, Sunnyvale, California and Santa Cruz, California 94088-3504 for the management and performance of capital maintenance of equipment and facilities at the Naval Industrial Reserve Ordnance Plant (NIROP) Sunnyvale, California and Santa Cruz, California in support of the TRIDENT II (D5) Missile Program. LMSSC is the contractor having custody of the property and use of the facilities on which work is to be performed. Interested parties should contact LMSSC at the above address.
