- Solicitation N00421-10-T-0100 is issued as a synopsis/request for quote. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with LEX Products Corp. for the line items listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The contract line item numbers and description are: CLIN 0001 – Quantity 4 each, Part Number DB-60MA-F22QS3, MEPDIS-R 15kw Box CLIN 0002 – Quantity 4 each, Part Number TL6/5PF-50-560, MEPDIS-R 50ft 60A Input Pigtail CLIN 0003 – Quantity 4 each, Part Number PE6/5P-50-560, MEPDIS-R 50ft 60A Cable CLIN 0004 – Quantity 4 each, Part Number ADPMIL-560, MEPDIS-R Adapter, 60A MIL STD-COMM CLIN 0005 – Quantity 4 each, Part Number ADP560-MIL, MEPDIS-R Adapter, 60A COMM-MIL STD CLIN 0006 – Quantity 16 each, Part Number DB20QD50SEPS, MEPDIS-R 5kw Outdoor Cord Set only Award is expected 16 March 2010. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 03 March 2010 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
