- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Bruker BioSpin Corporation, 15 Fortune Drive, Billerica, MA 01821. The contractor shall provide services to repair and maintenance highly specialized and proprietary spectrometers and related laboratory equipment located at Edgewood Chemical Biological Center. These services can only be performed by Bruker trained engineers and technicians, as this equipment is proprietary to the Original Equipment Manufacturer, Bruker BioSpin Corporation. This IS NOT a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334516, and the size standard is 500 employees.
