CONTRACT NUMBERS W912EQ-10-D-0003, Prus Contracting, LLC; W912EQ-10-D-0004, My Company; and W912EQ-10-D-0005, Randy Kinder Excavating. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.
