- This project consist of five (5) separate deficiencies. A total of five (5) doors will need to be replaced. A total of six (6) doors will need to be refinished. A mandatory Pre-Bid Walk-Thru is scheduled for 3/9/10 at 10 a.m. BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM VENDORS NOT ATTENDING THE WALK-THRU. All vendors who wish to be considered for this project must submit a written request to receive a bid-package and corresponding required documentation, to Jessie J. Woods, Purchasing Agent, by fax or email. The fax number is 301.362.6051. The email address is woods.jessie@jobcorps.org. Any request for bid-packages submitted after 11:59 p.m. on 3/8/10, will not be considered.
