- GSA, FAS, Heartland Supply Operations Center intends to establish a Stock Blanket Purchase Agreement containing eight National Stock Numbers. Solicitation 6FLS-F6-096540-I is issued on 2/22/2010 for Federal Supply Class 5133 items.
