- NASA/GSFC plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Facilities Construction,Engineering, and Technical Services at National Aeronautics and Space Administration'sGoddard Space Flight Center located in Greenbelt, Maryland.The government anticipates awarding a Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity(IDIQ) contract. This is the same procurement previously referenced in Sources SoughtNotice NNG10300172L.The anticipated maximum ordering value for the contract will be $85M. The order ofmagnitude for this procurement will be established on an individual task order basis.This procurement will be a full and open competition.The NAICS Code and small business size standard for this procurement are 236220 and$33.5M, respectively.The anticipated release date of the Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) is on or aboutMarch 15, 2010. The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about May 14, 2010 withan anticipated offer closing date of on or about June 14, 2010. The anticipated awarddate is on or about February 23, 2011.The firm date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the RFP.All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.An ombudsman has been appointed -- See NASA Specific Note "B".The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over theInternet. These documents will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may beaccessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/GSFCBusiness Opportunities page ishttp://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=51 It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of theDRFP, RFP and amendments (if any).
