- RECOVERY Five Single Unit Vault Toilets under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to the Contractors awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under GSA Contract No. GS-07F-602N to procure Prefabricated Concrete Vault Toilets for the BLM, Hollister Field Office, Hollister CA 95023. Receipt of an award is contingent on the recipient's ability to meet the requirements in Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) of the Recovery Act.
