- This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) is being executed utilizing 100% Small Business Set-Aside procedures for National Stock Number (NSN) 6150-01-478-4782 for project IQC10035009024 for a total Annual Demand Quantity of 6636 each. This item is a Lead, Storage Batter. The highest priority Weapon System Designator Code for this part is {XEA} for the FMTV. Configuration Control applies and this is an Export Control Item. Variation in quantity is +/- 0%. This is a Fully Competitive Item under drawing number 19207 12339320. There is a Monthly Wartime Rate of 118 each. The Government required delivery schedule for this procurement is 120 days after receipt of order.This item is not deemed commercial and commercial packaging is unacceptable for this procurement. This is a Critical Application Item The solicitation contains a firm fixed price for a 1 year base with an option to extend the contract period an additional 4- (1) one-year term option periods at the best interest of the Government. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. A copy of this solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
