- The Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps (HQMC), located at the Navy Annex, Federal Office Building (FOB-2), Washington, DC 20380-1775, has a requirement for various video equipment items to support historical documentation and Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps driven events. See attached list of equipment items provided for this combined synopsis/solicitation. The attached equipment list represents the total requirement. The solicitation/Request for Quotation (RFQ) reference number is M00080-10-SU-11012. This is a total small business competitive procurement. The delivery is FOB destination. Price quotes must be received by 25 February 2010, 5:00 pm Eastern time. This is an all or none procurement. Price quotes may be emailed to john.p.martin5@usmc.mil. Price quotes may also be faxed to the Contract Specialist, John Martin, at (703) 614-9311. Vendors should indicate unit prices, dollar amounts, and total price on the attached list of equipment items. Vendors should also indicate their small business status in their price quote and identify any discounts offered to the Government.
