- Tops In Blue in pictures and stats Program Assets Program Executive Summary HQ Air Force Services is seeking sponsors for the 2010/2011 Tops In Blue tour which will begin in May 2010. This high-energy, Broadway-style production is performed entirely by active-duty men and women at approximately 120 locations around the world. Needs include financial support, team shirts, and equipment. The tour is heavily promoted through a variety of media channels. Sponsor benefits include product category exclusivity, sampling rights, web links and more. Additional information is available at www.topsinblue.com This is a solicitation for sponsors by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not oblige appropriated funds of the government.
