- In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5, this notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration intends to issue a call under Blanket Purchase Agreement Number DG133F-08-BU-0036 awarded to Oak Management. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE INCUMBENT CONTRACTOR. The original award was made on a competitive basis. The call is for technical support, requirements and design development in support of NOAA's Fisheries Survey Vessel construction. The Period of Performance is for a twelve (12) month base period plus an eight (8) month optional period. The Place of Performance is Silver Spring, Maryland with limited travel to Seattle, Washington. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the Act. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements, is required.
