- The Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Norfolk VA, intends to negotiate three regional contracts in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15, to obtain non-personal Husbanding Services for each of the following three regions: East Coast Continental United States (ECONUS), West Coast Continental United States (WCONUS), and Commonwealth of the North Marianas Islands (CNMI). The solicitations will be issued under full and open competition and will be issued as Requests for Proposals (RFP) with the following solicitation numbers: N00189-10-R-0037 (ECONUS)N00189-10-R-0038 (WCONUS)N00189-10-R-0039 (CNMI) The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for these requirements is 488310 with a Size Standard of $25.5 Million. The corresponding Federal Supply Code (FSC) is R706. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitations and subsequent amendments to the solicitations will only be available by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil and http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This office no longer issues hardcopy solicitations. By submitting a proposal the offeror will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. By submission of a proposal, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that prospective awardees must be registered in the CCR database prior to award to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the internet at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr.
