- RECOVERY (ARRA) Mechanical Fuels Treatment (Chipping), 101 acres in Riverside and San Diego Counties out of the BLM Palm Springs Field Office, Palm Springs CA 92262 under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). This opportunity is available only to the Contractors awarded a Contract under the BLM National Operations Center titled "Hazardous Fuels Reduction Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity" (IDIQ) for California. The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement for Mechanical Fuels Treatment (Chipping) of 101 Acres in Riverside and San Diego Counties. It is the intent of the Government to award a task order on an existing IDIQ contract. The Solicitation Number will be L10PS02050 and will be posted to www.fedconnect.net on or about 24 February 2010. Receipt of an award is contingent on the recipient's ability to meet the requirements in Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) of the Recovery Act.
