- Listing of NSNs included on SPM4A5-10-R-0442 initiative Solicitation will be for the set up of an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract with a firm fixed price base period of one year and four firm fixed price option periods of one year each. All NSNs have either Export Controlled drawings or technical data packages available through Cfolders online. A list of NSNs associated with this initiative are attached to this pre-solicitation notice. Terms will be FOB Destination with inspection/acceptance at Destination and/or Origin as required per item. Three NSNs do have first article testing requirements. A total of five NSNs have associated surge and sustainment requirements. This initiative encompasses a total of 22 NSNs.
