- NAICS Code 237110. Work includes, but is not limited to: install approximately 250 LF new C900 PVC 8" domestic water line, 1 new 8" curb stop and box, 1 new 6" and 1 new 4" open yoke shutoff valves, 1 new 6" fire hydrant, 1 new fire post indicator valve. All work will be performed at the Federal Building, Huron, South Dakota. Security clearances will be required for all workers. Work to be completed within 30 calendar days after notice to proceed, to be issued on or about May 15, 2010. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued March 10, 2010, with offers due on March 31, 2010. Anticipated award date is April 8, 2010. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. This procurement is being conducted on an unrestricted basis in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered. A site visit is recommended. This solicitation includes Sensitive But Unclassified building information (SBU). For reasons of security and before release of SBU information, the requester must be currently registered as "active" in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will NOT be made available electronically. Paper copies of the solicitation will be made available. The request shall be submitted to the point of contact cited herein. After verification of an active CCR, the requester will be designated as an authorized user and a copy of the solicitation and drawings will be sent to the address the requester has provided. All those in receipt of the Government Documents are expected to safeguard the Sensitive but Unclassified information of this project in accordance with the " Document security for sensitive but unclassified building information," GSA Order, PBS 3490.1A, dated June 1, 2009, which PROHIBITS the COPYING, DISSEMINATION, OR DISTRIBUTION OF THESE DRAWINGS, PLANS, OR SPECIFICATIONS TO UNAUTHORIZED USERS.
