- Solicitation (RPQ) The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Photography and Videographer Service. This will be a 100% Total Small business Set-Aside IAW FAR 19.1305(a). The service consists of photography and videographer services to cover SAD agency annual awards ceremony, signing ceremonies, swearing-in ceremonies, and other special events around the SAD area. This requirement may require emergency response by helicopter and taking vertical aerial photography. MAGNITUDE OF WORK $50,000 TO $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541922 with a Small Business Size Standard of $7,000,000. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will only be available in electronic format, downloadable from the internet. No CD-ROMs or hardcopy documents will be distributed. Offerors must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov in order to view or download the solicitation documents. Solicitation documents will only be available at https://www.fbo.gov It is the responsibility of the bidders to monitor the website for notices and amendments. The solicitation will be posted on or about 19 Feb 2010 with proposals due on or about 18 March 2010.
