- Additional work identified during repairs. The modifications are as follows: PCN #3 Additional Milling 7 Pavement replacement bridge 3 Intersection- $20768.53 PCN #5 Additional Partial Depth Topside Repairs & Concrete Replacement- $134,031.83. PCN #6 Additional Concrete Demo, Removal, and Replacement @ Bridge # 3- 25,857.99 PCN 7 Additional Work for ADA Ramps at Sidewalk (Bridge # 1)- $4,262.75 PCN 8 Additional Bottom Side Concrete Repairs (Bridge # 3)- $9,576.98 PCN 9 Replacement of Approach Slab East Side (Bridge 3)- $13,433.55 PCN 10 Additional Reinforcing Steel for Bridge 1 & 2- $1,376.76. The completion date for this project has been extended to July 1, 2010. The total fixed price of these changes is $209,308.39 increasing the total value of this contract from $938,520.53 to $1,147,828.92
