- AMENDMENT No. 2 to the pre-solicitation notice it to incorporate the following changes: 1. Change the anticipated SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE from on, or before 15 February 2010 to...on, or before 17 March 2010. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. AMENDMENT No. 1 to the pre-solicitation notice is to incorporate the following changes: 1. Change the anticipated SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE from 15 January 2010 to...on, or before 15 February 2010. 2. Change the CONTRACT AWARD PERIOD from initial base year, plus two, 12 month periods to...initial base year, plus four, 12 month periods. 3. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with NAICS code, and Size Standard remaining unchanged. This pre-solicitation notice is for On-site maintenance and sustainment support on all Joint Base Andrews Naval Air Facility Washington Integrated Defense Security System (IBDSS) equipment including but not limited to gate entry control systems and associated hardware/software, detection surveillance cameras and associated hardware/software, surveillance radar systems and associated hardware/software, command/control and display equipment and associated hardware/software, flight line controlled area fencing and automated vehicle gates and pedestrian turnstiles, and any integrated legacy equipment. This solicitation is being issued by the 316th Contracting Squadron. Contract award of a base period of 12 months and two 12 month option years is anticipated. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 with the business size standard dollar amount of $11.5 million. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 15 January 2010 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.fbo.gov. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Contractor Registration (CCR) database in order to be eligible for award. Information concerning CCR registered requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Center at 1-888-227-2423. It is the responsibility of the contractors to review the FBO website for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed or emailed.
