- Request for Proposal (RFP) W81K00-10-R-0006, will be issued under commercial item procedures and is for the acquisition of a completely self contained robotic system, robotic ankle foot assembly PN PF20000 includes two year warranty on parts and labor, modular battery (3 cell) PN PFB1000-3, modular battery charger PN PFB1001, WIFI Lan Adapter and Data Logger PN PFL1000, Powerfoot link software (windows media compatible phone/pda), Robotic ankle assembly PF1000, foot module PN F1000, Foot Cover PN FC1000, to include training for the Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston Texas. The period of performance is for a base period and one option period 1 October 2010 to 30 September 2011. RFP will be on an all or none basis. See Note 1. The North American Industry Standard (NAICS) is 339113. All responsible sources who meet the size standard may submit a proposal which will be considered. Solicitation will be issued on or about 15 March 2010 and will be available at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/gov_personnel_main.cfm. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued and telephone requests or fax request for this solicitation will not be accepted.
