- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS), (Part XUPs-400-USN), Qty 14. This requirement is sole sourced to TSi Power System Corporation, 1103 West Pierce Ave, Antigo, WI 54409, due to the items being a direct replacement for the existing equipment on the Data Link System (DLS), which is a component of the Gulf Range Drone Control System (GRDCS). Any firms believing that they can provide the Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) systems, per the part number listed above, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive to the specific part without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the material without causing programmatic hardship.
