- IQC10022009024. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract solicitation for one NSN. This IQC will consist of the following NSN: 1615-01-185-3088, Disc Pack, Coupling, IAW Bell Helicopter (CAGE 97499) drawing 406-040-340 Rev C dated 01JAN1939, and parts list Rev B dated 16APR2004, p/n 406-040-340-101. Approved source is Rexnord Ind (CAGE 59747), p/n 39051-1. FOB Destination to be cited on each order delivery order. This is an Army Critical Safety Item as of January 22, 2010. Surge is not required. Base period is 12 months. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, in 12-month increments, duration of contract period 5 years. Estimated Annual Demand is 1808 each. Possible stock locations include but are not limited to: Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Origin Inspection is required. This item is Configuration Control and a Source Control item, Flight Critical component and Critical Application Item. In addition, this item requires a Contractor First Article. Requested delivery for production units is 192 days ARO or best possible. This procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Issue date is February 23, 2010 with a closing date of March 23, 2010.
