- Description
- This is a large purchase buy for NSN: 5985-01-199-4598. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available from the Government. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Current approved manufacturers are Honeywell International Inc. (27914) P/N 2068490-0701 and Ontic (45934) P/N 2068490-0701. This solicitation opens on 3/12/10 and closes on 4/16/10. This requirement is for a quantity of 67 each. An option is not included. The Government’s requested delivery time is 290 days. FOB and inspection/acceptance are at destination. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes 12, 22, and 26. Type set aside: UNRESTRICTED
