- Architect-Engineer (A/E) Design Services. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to the Contractor awarded the initial contract award under the National Park Service's (NPS) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract Number C8078080175. The referenced contract was competitively awarded to Jones and Jones Architects/Landscape Architects. The Contractor has previously completed Title I preliminary design services and Title II construction documents for the Painted Hills Housing Unit. The NPS now seeks to acquire Title III construction management services from Jones and Jones to assist the NPS in the management of the construction contract for this housing unit.
