- PURPOSE:The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to conduct market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources relative to NAICS 811219. This synopsis is for planning purposes only and is issued in accordance with FAR Clause 52.215-3. Marine Corps Base Hawaii is seeking information for a potential contractor to provide comprehensive preventative maintenance, inspection, and repair services to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications on the STERIS RELIANCE 333, (208V, 60HZ, 3PH, W/DRYING and PKG W/LOAD-LIFTING DOOR). The contractor must be an authorized factory trained service provider for the Steris Reliance 333 and must provide evidences of OEM parts and materials replacement. Sources interested in this notice must submit the following information in writing: Required information:1. Company name, address, point of contact, and cage code.2. Evidences of authorized factory trained service provider for the above equipment and evidence of OEM parts and materials replacement. Responses to this notice are due by 3:00 PM, HST on 2 March 2010. Please submit e-mail responses to Vivian Fukumitsu at e-mail address vivian.fukumitsu@usmc.mil. Ensure the subject line of the submission identified the RFI number and the name of the company submitting the response. NOTE: Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these services or to issue a solicitation. No solicitation exists at this time. The government will not pay for information submitted in response to this RFI and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. Any information considered proprietary should be clearly marked as such on the submission.
