- RECOVERYPMIS NUMBER 154583 This contract is funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act). In accordance with contract clause 52.204-11 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act - Reporting Requirements, the contractor is required to register in FederalReporting.gov and report certain information as required by the clause. Reports shall be submitted during the first 10 days after the end of each calendar quarter. To assist you in registering and completing the reporting requirements, the following codes are provided: Treasury Account Symbol (TAS): 14 1035Awarding Agency Code: 1443Government Contracting office code: 8000Funding Agency Code: 1443NAICS Code: 332618 FPDS-NG Reporting purposes the following information is posted TAS::14 1035::TAS RECOVERY HAVO PMIS # 154583 Fencing Material The purpose of this announcement is to give notice that the National Park Service (NPS) is releasing solicitation number N8306100309. NPS has a requirement for fencing material, including, but not limited to T-posts, wire fabric, galvanized eyebolts and T-post fence clips. Contractor will be responsible for furnishing all supplies, inclusive of shipping, to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. The items required under this solicitation are commercial items. Commercial Item procedures are being used for this procurement and the contract type will be a Firm Fixed-Price type contract. This notice meets the requirements of FAR 5.201. The NPS reserves the right not to release a solicitation. OBTAINING A SOLICITATION: Solicitation plans and specifications will be made available for viewing and/or downloading on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website on the date of this notice. Solicitation documents will not be issued on compact disc (CD) unless the Government determines that it is necessary. Traditional hard copies of the scope of work will NOT be available for this procurement. This procurement is issued pursuant to Total Small Business Set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332618 and the annual size standard is 500 employees. REGISTRATIONS: Offerors must have and/or maintain an active registration with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website to be eligible for a Government contract award. In order to receive any contract award, a vendor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).
