Work includes the removal of three existing vault toilets and installation of three new Government-Furnished vault toilets; the removal and replacement of existing concrete and asphalt walkways; the installation of new concrete walkways and pads; mounting of exterior lights on each new vault toilet and removal of existing electrical panels on one vault toilet and placement of such panels on a separate electrical panel support.
