- This solicitation SPM4A7-10-R-0630; NSN: 1560-00-164-6998, PR Number: 0024653587. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for Duct, Starting Air/F-15 “Part Number Item”, Specifications, Plans, or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. P/N 14-50318-501. This solicitation will be solicited 100% Small Business Set-Aside, on an Other Than Full and Open competitive basis for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Quantity is for one hundred and fifty-eight (158 ea). Approved Source(s): Northrop Grumman Systems Corp, CAGE 76823, Aeroparts MFG & Repair Inc., CAGE 15992, Kitco, Inc CAGE 34087, Senior Operations Inc CAGE 98769, Military Aircraft Parts CAGE 1ZKE3 and Winding Specialist CAGE 30150. Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 340 days. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. This NSN has a First Article Test requirement for one (1) sample size, export control requirements, and this is an Air Force Designated Critical Safety Item (CSI). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is on or about 12 March 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
