Description
HUD proposes to contract with one or more entities to perform Housing Discrimination Studies. Indefinite quantity task order contract or contracts (IQC) are contemplated. If multiple awards are made, individual task orders will be competed on a fair opportunity basis. Specifically, task orders will address research on housing discrimination in the U.S. HUD intends to measure discrimination against African-Americans, Asian-Americans, Hispanics, gays and lesbians, persons with disabilities, and families with certain sources of income, and families with children in both the rental and the mortgage markets. Task Orders for other studies related to fair housing may also be ordered under any resultant indefinite quantity (IQC) contract(s). The performance/ordering period will be for five years with a minimum of $100,000 and cumulative maximum of $27,000,000 of task orders over the 5 year ordering period. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis ; however, the North American Industry Classification 541720 Research and Development in the Social Studies and Humanities with a size standard of $7 million dollars average annual receipts, has been assigned and will be used for determining the small business status of any offeror or proposed subcontractor. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be available on this Federal Business Opportunity website on or about 15 days after this notice is published. No hard copies of the solicitation will be made available. Telephone and email requests for the solicitation will not be accepted.
