- RECOVERY (ARRA) Slashing, Hand Piling and Cover 350 Acres out of the BLM Surprise Field Office, Cedarville CA 96104 under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). This opportunity is available only to the Contractors awarded a Contract under the BLM National Operations Center titled "Hazardous Fuels Reduction Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity" (IDIQ) for California. The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement for Slashing, Hand Piling and Cover of 350 Acres out of the BLM Surprise Field Office. It is the intent of the Government to award a task order on an existing IDIQ contract. Receipt of an award is contingent on the recipient's ability to meet the requirements in Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) of the Recovery Act.
