- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of nine (9) each, C. M. S. Research Corporation, replacement parts for the product: Field MINICAM (Miniature Chemical Agent Monitoring) System, FM-3001FPD, as follows: Item 01, Microprocessor Board Assembly, 586, p.n: CPS-500, quantity three (3) each; Item 02, O-ring backplate, ten (10) per package, p/n: 10756-10, quantity five (5) packages; Item 03, Thermocouple Amplifier, p/n: 10103, quantity fifteen (15) each; Item 04, FPD Block Assembly, p/n: FPD-200, quantity ten (10) each; Item 05, PCT Heater for MINICAM 3000-3001 2.1, p/n: PHM-300, quantity forty (40) each; Item 06, Transducer Thermocouple Board Tran / Ther, PTTC0198 REV1 A, p/n: 11305B1, quantity three (3) each; Item 07, FID Loop Replacement SMA, p/n; FIO-1002, quantity forty (40) each; Item 08: Pistol Board GCR, Assembled, p/n: 11954B, quantity two (2) each; Item 09, IC EPROM Programmed Dual Electrometer, p/n: 13483, quantity twenty (20) each. Note: This is a notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with C M S Research Corporation, 2148 Pelham Parkway, Building 400, Pelham, Al. 35124-1192. This is for nine (9) each MINICAM replacement parts. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( c ) (1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, supplies, services and / or equipment are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies, services and / or equipment will satisfy agency requirements. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the governments requirements. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).
