- The NAICS for this procurement is 541330. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Order under Basic Ordering Agreement Number N00024-07-G-5438 on a sole source basis to BAE Systems, Land and Armaments LP, Armament Systems Division, 163 Rochester Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40214-2683 The Contractor shall provide off-shore support vessel (OSV) engineering services as specified within the Technical Instruction. The period of performance shall be 12 months from receipt of order. BAE is the sole designer, developer and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the MK 38 Gun Systems. These systems are highly complex, and BAE is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications, and facilities who can perform the work within the required timeframe.
