Description
United States Government Seeks Leased Office Space In San Antonio, TX The United States Government has the following requirements to lease space in San Antonio, TX: The United States Government seeks to lease class 'A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 2,061 rentable square feet. The space should yield a minimum of 1,658 ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 1,824 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require four (4) secured and one (1) unsecured parking spaces. Office space shall consist of contiguous space located on one floor. Second floor or above space will be considered, no first floor space. The United States Government seeks to lease class 'A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 1,612 rentable square feet. The space should yield 1,402 ANSI/BOMA. The Government will require three (3) secured parking spaces. Office space shall consist of contiguous space located on one floor. Space shall not be located on the ground floor or top floor of the offered space. Offices shall not be located with window space which is adjacent to outside fire escapes, ledges or mezzanines. Both requirements at one location is acceptable, but not required. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Camp Bullis South: De Zavala East: FM 1535 West: Babcock The proposed leases are for ten (10) years, (five) (5) years firm, and must be fully serviced. Spaces must be ready for occupancy no later than May 5, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire/Life Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
