- Solicitation for End Item:C141 AND C-5, NSN 1560-01-554-3075, WINDOW PANEL; APPROVED SOURCES OF SUPPLY SOURCE, PPG INDUSTRIES CAGE 53117, GKN AEROSPACE CAGE 86175, SIERRACIN CORPORATION CAGE 12035, and LOCKHEED MARTIN CAGE 98897. Configuration Control applies, Critical Application Item. Critical Safety Item. This is a firm fixed price definite quantity contract. This procurement is an unrestricted other than full and open competitive procurement. FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Production delivery within 315 days ARO. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available from the Government. Offerors must complete and return a copy of the solicitation by close date in order to be considered for award.
