- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offers shall be evaluated based on the factors contained in the solicitation and award will be made based on the offer which is most advantageous to the Government (i.e. best value). The solicitation document and incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-27 (19 Jan 2009) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement change notice DCN 20090115. It is the offeror's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. The requirement is for the following: 4 Each: LTV 1000 Portable Ventilator -One year standard warranty, Pressure Contrlo Ventilation, Volume Control Ventilation, Pressure Support Ventilation, Flow-Triggering, Inspiratory & Expiratory Hold, Leak Compensation, High Pressure & Low Pressur O2, Integral O2 Blender, Multiple Power Source, Non-Invasive Ventilation; Spontaneous Breathing Trial Ventilator -Presets [Infant, Pediatric and Adult], NPPV Mode, User Replaceable Internal Battery, Low PEEP Alarm -Ventilator Dust Cover, Protective Boot, AC Adaptor/Power Cord, Operator's Manual The NAICS Code is 334510; size standard is 500 employees. The type contract anticipated is firm-fixed price. This procurement is to be processed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and is not expected to exceed the Simplified Acquisition threshold of $100,000.
